École de technologie supérieure
Bassel El-Bizri is a Bachelor of Engineering graduate in Software Engineering from École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) in Montréal.
What the degree represents
His own portfolio describes the education in practical terms: taking unclear problems, breaking them into systems, debugging until the system behaves, and continuing until something useful ships.
What carried forward
The same pattern shows up in his later interests: architecture, search relevance, interfaces, complex implementations, and weekend builds that begin as experiments and end as working software.
